Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began training in the combat sports. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she made her amateur debut against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd kept building on her triumph in Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won 3 consecutive bouts. She knocked out all her opponents in the first round. Following that, she travelled to WCFC again and beat Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia B beghian as well as Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia Calvillo handed Aspen a unanimous defeat and was able to outclass her, tarnishing Ladd's career as an amateur. Ladd rebounded from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-one. Aspen made her professional debut in 2015 and signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11, she defeated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the fight in first round by TKO. Invicta Fc16 was Aspen's first bout as a bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar during the second round. Aspen employed her impressive wrestler skills to knock down McGill and then ended the fight with a third round TKO(elbows or punches). Aspen continued to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight of 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, but Aspen took the victory and defeated Hoy by TKO. Invicta FC21 was her final fight with the company. The winner was Sijara Ebanks by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, against Lina Langsberg. She dominated Lina and then pounded her on the ground to pick up a second-round TKO victory. She continued her dominance and scored an even impressive victory in her next fight against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd took over Evinger's fight following the first round. The winner also got the bonus for performance of night. Invicta FC's Sijara Eubanks was her opponent for an rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was Ladd's first major match. Ladd, who won an unanimous decision in some great exchanges with the fighters was awarded her Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and end Ladd and her winning streak. Yana Knitskaya in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's third round, lost to Randamie. In her most recent fight with the UFC she took on Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 as a replacement fight. The fight ended in a unanimous verdict.
